Water-based Anti-rust Anti-corrosion Paint
The water-based anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint uses a highly weather-resistant resin and anti-oxidant pigment to form a dense layer that effectively isolates the substrate from corrosion by water vapor, oxygen and chemical media. It offers vivid colors with strong color and gloss retention. Combined with the anti-rust anti-corrosion primer, it exceeds 1000 h of salt spray resistance.

Application scope
Steel structures, pipes and storage tanks, security doors and windows, balcony railings, construction machinery, agricultural equipment, etc.
Application method
① Surface cleaning (ISO 8501-1): sandblasting to Sa2.5 or manual treatment to St3, revealing the metallic luster without losing the old coating, residues ≤ 5%. ② Film thickness control (ISO 2808): C3 60-80 μm, C4 80-100 μm, C5 100-150 μm. ③ Airless spray (80-120 bar) or air spray (nozzle 1.8-2.2 mm), nylon brush or short-nap roller. ④ Inter-coat interval: 4-6 h (after surface drying).
