Colorful Sand Coating (Granite Effect)
A three-dimensional multicolor stone-effect coating made from weather-resistant silicone-acrylic emulsion, natural colored sand, rutile titanium dioxide and functional additives. A simple spray application produces a three-dimensional textured stone finish with a solemn, elegant and luxurious look and a service life over 20 years.

Application scope
Villas, upscale residences, hotels, offices, mansions and other new or renovated buildings. Also high-end stone decoration in concrete and cement projects, and thermal-insulation facade systems.
Application method
① Tools: professional multicolor gun, pressure tank, air compressor, conventional gun, wool brush or roller. ② Substrate preparation: sound, flat, clean and dry (moisture < 10%), free of grease, bubbles and cracks; new walls must cure ≥ 28 days and uneven areas leveled with putty and sanded smooth. ③ Alkali-sealing primer: seals the base, prevents alkali and salt efflorescence, strengthens the substrate and improves mid-coat adhesion. ④ Mid coat: spray or roll a textured or elastic paint in a tone similar to the main color; pre-shapes the texture and saves topcoat. ⑤ Spray the colorful sand paint with a special gun (nozzle 3.5-4.0 mm), adjusting pressure and flow to the pattern size; keep constant distance and speed, perpendicular to the wall; usually 1-2 coats. ⑥ After the waterproof layer is fully dry (24-48 h), apply 1-2 even coats of clear varnish, which effectively protects the multicolor coating and noticeably improves weather resistance, stain resistance, washability and self-cleaning, keeping colors more durable and brilliant.
