Multicolor Coating (Stone Effect)
Anionic multicolor coating made with silicone-modified acrylic emulsion, pigments, fillers and functional additives. Using special equipment and process, particles of different shapes and sizes are formed, adsorbed and protected by a cationic protective colloid and evenly dispersed in a continuous phase with spatial effect, yielding a stable suspending copolymer liquid. Sprayed with special equipment to create a highly realistic multicolor stone effect, smooth or with three-dimensional relief.

Application scope
Coating for interior and exterior walls of buildings, wood, glass, plastic and metals; also renovation of old paint, stone and tile surfaces.
Application method
① Tools: professional multicolor gun, pressure tank, air compressor, conventional gun, brush and roller. ② Substrate preparation: sound, flat, clean and dry (moisture < 10%), free of grease, bubbles and cracks; new walls must cure ≥ 28 days, leveled with putty and sanded smooth. ③ Alkali-sealing primer: seals the base, prevents efflorescence, strengthens the substrate and improves mid-coat adhesion. ④ Mid coat: smooth and even the background in a tone similar to the particles; saves topcoat and improves the overall elasticity of the system. ⑤ Spray the multicolor coating with a special gun (nozzle 2.5-3.5 mm), adjusting pressure and flow to the design pattern; keep constant distance and speed, perpendicular to the wall; usually 1-2 coats. ⑥ After 24-48 h drying, apply 1-2 even coats of clear varnish; effectively protects the multicolor coating and noticeably improves weather resistance, stain resistance, washability and self-cleaning.
